Closed magnetic path reduces flux leakage (<0.1% typical).

Vibration-free operation (<20dB at full load).

3. Compact Design

50% smaller/lighter than equivalent EI-core transformers (e.g., 40×75mm/0.6kg for 50W).

4. High-Frequency Operation

 Optimized for kHz–MHz range with Litz wire windings to mitigate skin effect.

5. Thermal Reliability

 Uniform heat dissipation (ΔT <25°C at 25°C ambient).

 Wide temp. range (-40°C to +130°C).
