PQ cores (IEC 62317) offer high volume-to-winding area ratio, maximizing power density (up to 500W in PQ32/30).

2. Low Core Loss

Ferrite materials (e.g., PC95) enable ultra-low losses (<300mW/cm³ at 100kHz, 200mT).

3. High Flux Capacity

Symmetrical design minimizes flux leakage (<0.5% typical), ideal for resonant converters.

4. Thermal Efficiency

Central leg cooling reduces hot spots (ΔT <15°C at full load).

5. Scalability

Modular bobbins support multi-winding configurations (e.g., 1:1 to 1:5 turns ratio).
